Featured image not showing in blog posts

Hi, the featured image has stopped showing in the posts articles. I am using a child theme and have checked the options in the customize image section, the selected option is Before title box (sorry for the translation if it is wrong, I have your theme in Spanish). Changing into the parent theme still no featured images, but they show when changing into Twenty twenty theme.
