    URGENT

    We can’t fill in the fields on the website for one of our adoption forms and have angry customers emailing us about it. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

    I’m very sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue with the form!

    I’ve checked the form on my browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and also asked my teammates to check – in none of the cases we’ve experienced issues with the form’s fields. You may have also received some test submissions due to the testing.

    If the issue still persists, please check the following:
    – whether the form works well in incognito mode
    – whether the form works well in another browser

    Please share some additional details is possible:
    – is it happening for the entire form?
    – is it happening on specific browsers?
    – is it happening when a browser has an Adblock or password manager extension deactivated?
