Urgent! error saving settings not working.

I can understand how frustrating this musts be.

Also, I see you already performed some basic troubleshooting – which is a good first step.

As a next step, could you please confirm if you’ve checked the “Enable the updated checkout experience”. If it’s not checked, please try checking it and see if the option to save your settings will work as expected.

In the meantime, could you also confirm if this is the only page where you are unable to save your changes/settings?

the box “Enable the updated checkout experience” is Checked at moment and i am trying to uncheck it.
i use Stripe?–?CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT and Direct Bank Transfer and is only Stripe payment that i can NOT save. Bank transfer saves ok.

i have no errors in any logs.

To clarify, is the site on WooCommerce version 8.5.2 currently, or otherwise? If otherwise, kindly make sure that is the version it is running on, as a first step.

Also, kindly make sure the active version for Stripe is 7.9.3, on the site.

Is it possible to save the settings with the aforementioned plugin versions, or otherwise?

If not, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

As a next step, in order to isolate the issue, kindly go ahead with reverting to WooCommerce version 8.5.2, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise.

In order to do so, please always make sure a backup is available (as with all upgrades/downgrades), and feel free to use a plugin like WP Rollback (linked here), for activating WooCommerce version 8.5.2 on the site.

It appears was missed, during back-and-forth in correspondence. All options should be possible to enable/disable via the plugin’s interface.

Based on the differences in interface, discovered above, it is best to focus there first, and discover its culprit.

As a next step, could you kindly proceed with a?conflict test, as detailed here, and see if the issue (with the Order Attribution not appearing) continues, with just the WooCommerce plugin active, or otherwise?

Hmm. I went ahead with trying to reproduce this, with a test site of mine, and everything worked as expected (with WooCommerce version 8.5.2, and Stripe 7.9.3.

Could you try reproducing this with either a conflict test, or with a fresh WooCommerce install, and share the reproduction steps here?

In the meantime, can you please check the browser console on that page for any errors when trying to save these changes and then share these with us here. You can read more about?using your browser console to identify errors here.

Also, are there any other errors appearing on the page at all? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of exactly what you are seeing on your end when saving the changes (but please share the entire page contents).
