Urgent: Error – Can't access wp-admin!

Earlier I made a post on the Themes thread because I wanted to edit something in the comment link. I searched in the functions.php, changed some things but then corrected them back to what they were. Then I got this error “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/content/29/10455329/html/wp-content/themes/vortex/functions.php on line 44” and now I can’t get access to any page, I can’t even see the blog. How am I supposed to correct the code??

I’m new to wordpress, please help!
