Urgent: Duplicate order for Course

  • Hi,

    We have facing an issue with learnpress courses. The issue is when we are registered for the course and completed the one lesson of that course and after that, we logged out from the application and then log in with the same credentials using the form that comes up after clicking on the start now button of the course detail page, then the course will not start from where we left it, it started from the beginning but it has to be resumed from where we left it.

    It is like we are repurchasing the course even we did not allow to repurchase of course.

    In case of any query regarding the issue, please let us know.

    Kindly help us to know the solution.

    Currently, I am using this version 4.1.3.1 but I have checked the same in the latest version i.e, 4.1.4. The issue is still in the latest version.

    Hi,

    Please switch to the default WordPress theme and disable each plugin to check, we fixed this issue on some old versions before.
