URGENT! DHL creates double tracking

    Hello,

    DHL creates Labels for me fine. There is just one problem. Sometimes the tracking already says delivered and a lot of orders from last week have been delivered but the customers haven’t received the product, also the products have been delivered to completely different post codes and names. I checked tracking labels and tracking codes but there seems to be either something seriously wrong with this plugin or with DHL right now. This problem so far only appeared with parcel outside of Germany.

    Hello,

    after talking with DHL it turns out it was their mistake. Now I have to delete all labels. I found a button in the edit order page where I can delete the label. Is there any other way I can delete multiple Labels at the same time?

    There is no way to delete labels in bulk unfortunately.
