Urgent: Code entry box stopped appearing

  • Today I am trying to log in to my WordPress site. After entering my log-in information, text captcha and “prove your humanity” math problem as usual, I then get this message:
    ‘Error: The one-time password (TFA code) you entered was incorrect.’

    But, I have not had the opportunity to enter the code. No box opened up.

    How can I log in to my site? Thank you. Everything was fine yesterday.

    (Same problem with Windows laptop and also iPad so it is not browser-related.)
