Urgent – checkout page columns missing empty

    I need help as we are needing this for a launch! The checkout page is not aligned properly. The column to the right is blank and the order section is at the bottom. I did all the troubleshooting and it seems that the theme (Beaver Builder) might be the culprit. I tried this code from another post but that’s not working:
    .woocommerce-page .woocommerce #order_review {
    clear: initial;
    }
    Any ideas how to fix this?

  • First I would disable theme and try with default one. If the checkout is working there, then you are sure it’s your specific them. When we resolve this we are a step closer to the solution ??

    I’ve already done all that (troubleshooting) and that’s why I said it’s the theme. I need figure out how to fix. Do I need to get with Beaver Builder? I’ve used this on other sites with Beaver Builder with no issues.

    And please share a copy of your site’s System Status report, You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?This will help to understand better your configuration, thanks.

    This has been fixed. I got with Beaver Builder and they helped me even though they said it was on your end. We are all good, thanks.
