changed user to Vendor and orders not showing up

  • Hi.

    I changed a user from Shop Manager to Vendor so that they can see the customer tracking information, and now they can only see orders from pre-September 2020 in WCFM.

    I need to either resolve this issue [or add tracking details to the Shop Manager profile without buying another subscription].
