change urls

So i have 2 wordpress sites.
https://www.site.com and https://www.site.com/wrodpress.
i took the wordpress URL and site URL from https://www.site.com and the wordpress URL and site URL from https://www.live.com/wrodpress and swapped them around now https://www.live.com has the /wrodpress address and i cant login to the other wordpress. How can i reverse this
