Urgent: Can I retrieve deleted emails via BackWPup?

    I urgently need to retrieve an email that was sent to me late last year. I’m only finding backups that date to December, none earlier than that.

    Assuming I ran the backups correctly, does this mean the database would have included email for my website account? Would I be able to retrieve just the email from the backup?

    If the email is in your database, so of course you can get the email from backup.
    Would I be able to retrieve just the email from the backup?
    You can open the database file by a text editor and find your email in there.
