    My WooCommerce subscription orders are all Pending Payment and no subscription is created. I am losing so much money, I am so disgusted at your stupid plugin switch and lack of transition time.

    Customers are being told they paid TWICE when in fact they didn’t at all. I am absolutely outraged at the lack of competence in this stupid new plugin.

    I’m horrified by your reply in another thread, making it sound as if this issue is not a priority. You better get this fixed ASAP with HIGHEST PRIORITY and you owe me an apology and also a lot of money that I lost.

    Thank you for reaching out to us, even though at times it might seem it does not make a difference. We really need the users of our plugin to do so, for us the get these types of issues resolved.

    As you know we are aware of this issue and have been working on finding the solution to this for some time now, but the issue seems to be harder to correctly identify and fix than we expected. Every update we have released since we identified this issue has contained a partial fix for the issue, but we have not been able to get it done correctly yet.

    In order for us to get this bug fixed, we are asking all merchants that get in contact with us if they can provide us with the details of their setup and logs to get more data on this issue, so we can compare that and see if we can fix this issue. For this, I want to ask you to open a service desk ticket and provide us with the system report and WooCommerce logs that show this issue from occurring.     I will link this thread to our developers’ bug ticket so that you will be updated once we have any workaround or fix available for you.

    We completely understand your frustration and do have this issue on top of our list with the highest priority, but that does not always mean we get it fixed first.
