Urgent! A message of mistake in front page content section

Hi, I have installed your theme NewsCard free version to our wordpress site. I love your theme, but there is a problem that has taken me hours and hours and I still could not solved it. It is about an error occurred in the frontpage content section, and this error disabled the section and I cannot create contents as a result.

It happened like this: Today I discovered that my new theme has no front page content section. So I followed your instructions and video i found in forum to enable the front page content section. I did that by creating a new page, and setting the template to front page template. I then went to customize – home page setting – and I selected the page I just created in the home page option, and below it, there is another box, saying something like post, I did not choose and left it open.

Anyway, I went back to my control panel, and chose appearance, and then chose widget and somehow I succeeded in creating the first block – horizontal/vertical. Then I continued to create one more, a message appeared at the top of the screen, saying a mistake happened, you need to seek help from the tool of the developer. I went to customize – widget, and found the front page content section, however, a similar message appeared, saying there was a mistake during editing. Even I went to appearance, widget and repeated the same procedure, I could not save changes as the same message appeared, saying a mistake happened.

How could I correct the mistake and enable the use of front page content section? It is very urgent as I need to launch our site asap tomorrow. I cannot create contents in the home page due to this error. I tried disabling my plugins one after one, and the error did not go away. I talked to our hosting service provider, and they also said that “That seems to be a theme related problem as we do find an error when we try to insert the “TH: Horizontal / Vertical Posts” to the “Front Page Sidebar Section position, you may need to contact the theme developer for check.”

The error message is in Chinese, and I would translate it directly. In the customize section, inside the widget, there is the front page content section, as I go in there, the error message rectangular box appears immediately. It said: “An unknown error occurred in the editing tool/device” Below this line, another box with blue border and words inside that said: “error occurred in cloning/duplicating.”

If I go to dashboard, appearance, widget, inside the “update” icon does not seem to work, so each time I create a content in whatever area, such as right sidebar, or the front page content section, a pink bar will appear at the top, with a Chinese message that I translate it to English as this: [newscard_horizontal_vertical_posts] was affected by error, may be not working properly. If you want to understand this further, please use the developer’s tool for inspection”.
