URE and Restrict Content By Role plugin

I’m using URE and Restrict Content By Role plugin. Every time I create a new role using URE, Restrict Content By Role plugin restricts all page content to that role, including the homepage, resulting in no one being able to access my site. I have to go into each page individually and remove the restriction.

I’ve contacted the developers of Restrict Content By Role with the same issue, not sure what plugin is causing it.
