    With CleanTalk activated on the site, had problem with the Upsellplugin where in trying to process a PayPal payment, the following message appeared within a few seconds of clicking on payment button – *** Forbidden. You submitted too quickly. You may try again in a few seconds. *** – after which just got a twirling wheel from the Upsellplugin page.

    The Upsellplugin developer resolved the issue in the advanced settings of CleanTalk plugin, they added the checkout page as an exclusion so the CleanTalk plugin so that it does not impact that page. They couldn’t see why exactly the CleanTalk plugin was blocking the form submission and didn’t see any logs or anything. Worked OK on a Stripe transaction, only PayPal was the problem

    Can you provide any feedback on what caused the issue please?

    Well when I logged into my dashboard to raise a support ticket, I was directed to here. You need to address that if as a paying customer you send me here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
