    Dear Forum!
I sell printers via our webshop.
Among other issues i want to get our related products organized in two main categories: Accessories and consumables. And if possible in tabs.
Anyone who have an idea how i handle this topic?

    Thanks!

    Peter

    Hey there!

Related products are handled by an algorithm that isn’t setup by the admin of the store. If you want to setup specific products to be recommended based on the cart products, then you’d want to use either up-sells or cross-sells. From what you’re mentioning, you’d want to use cross-sells. You can set those up specifically in the product settings. Here’s the guide to setting up all of those:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

We also have a more advanced “recommendation engine” to recommend products based on viewing history, purchase history, etc.: https://woocommerce.com/products/recommendation-engine/

    Hi Andrew!
I think my question is unclear.
I want to show supplies in one group and additional hardware like paper trays etc. In another group.
Not sure how that is named.
The reason is that the supplies are really important.
