Upsell not receiving ContactID from Infusionsoft

After submitting the initial order to Infusionsoft and order processed successfully we have the upsell page come up successfully but the ContactID is not being passed from InfusionSoft.
I watched your video instruction but I believe it only showed 2 pieces of data being transferred, contact ID and Order ID… here is the UTM variables it transferred to the 7 ways page…
