Upsell and Crossale do not work

    When I go to “Linked Products” in any of my single products I can not type anything in the “Upsell” and “Crossale” boxes. On some of my products I have earlier added one product in the “Upsell” but now I can not delete or do anything with it.

    WordPress 4.8.2
    WooCommerce 3.1.2
    Theme: Avada 5.0.5

    Sorry for my bad english, I’m from Norway.

    Any ideas?

    Are you saying you are unable to type anything here like in this screenshot : https://cld.wthms.co/pcSeSi ?

    Usually when something like this happens there is a conflict causing an error on the page.

    I would first remove any 3rd party plugins that are not from https://www.woocommerce.com to see if this helps.

    Also make sure that everything on your site is up to date.

    It sounds like there maybe a javascript conflict causing you not to be able to enter text in the box perhaps.

    Yes that was the problem like you show in the screenshot.

    I tried deactivating almost all plugins without any luck. I ended up with installing Storefront theme and activated it temporarily and now I was able to delete/edit the Upsell and Cross-sell fields.

    So it looks that this is caused by the Avada theme.
