Ups shipping rates not showing on site

Please make sure you have weight and dimension in the products, and also make sure you have enabled the services in the plugin settings,

If you still face issues please turn on the debug mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost please copy and paste the debug data here. Please make sure you remove the confidential data from the debug data such as the UPS Account details.

I checked everything. Although I enabled the debug mode, nothing comes up when i try to calculate shipping cost on the site. I continue to get “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” I also received a message saying “Product 1 is missing weight” although i selected “pounds” in the weight portion of UPS shipping.

Apologies for missing out the query.
Since you are getting the error : “Product 1 is missing weight”, this error means that you need to define weight and dimensions for your product.
You can do that by going to Products –> Edit product –> product data tab –> Shipping.

Once you put these details, the problem will not be there.
This should resolve your problem. Let us know if you have any query.

I am having a similar problem. I do have United States — UPS set as my shipping method.

ANother question though: is it essential to have weight AND dimensions entered? I have both for maybe half my products, but client has not provided dimensions for the rest, only weight.

And, I’m getting this message:

UPS: No Origin Postcode has been set. Please add one so rates can be calculated!

The origin postcode is set in Woocommerce settings. Does it need to be set somewhere else?

The curl problem can be fixed by asking your hosting provider to check the certificate.

Regarding your query of weight and dimensions, yes, it is mandatory to provide weight and dimensions to the products in the free version.
However, the premium version has an additional feature “weight based” shipping using which you can do shipping with only weight. So no need to provide dimensions for that.
