UPS Shipping Rates Not Showing On Checkout Page

    Hi. The API seems to be properly connected as you can see in the screenshot here https://prnt.sc/aJacv8omLWg3 , but the UPS Live Rates are not showing on the checkout page… The destination areas are served by UPS so I don’t think the issue has to do with the availability of UPS service at the origin and destination areas.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you for providing the screenshot.

    Please enable the?Debug Mode?for UPS plugin. Once it is enabled, please verify if you get any specific messages from it at checkout.

    Please get back to me with:

    • UPS Live Rates Shipping Method configuration
    • UPS Live Rates settings
    • Debug Mode logs for UPS (request and response)
    • Destination and shipment address (zip code, country, city)
    • URL address of your store

    These details will allow us to find the solution.

    Hi. Thanks for the support.

    I’m really wondering if only the Pro version of this plugin works… ??

    We have used the free version several times and always had to drop it because it never worked… We even talked to UPS several times where they would confirm everything looks good in the UPS account so the problem might be a the plugin level.

    We followed the configuration doc. on your website to the letter… So not sure why it never worked. ??
