UPS Shipping Problems

I am having a ton of shipping problems with the UPS option. You can view a page in my cart here: https://ninosalvaggio.com.50-62-80-149.bassodesigngroup.info/gifts/traditional-baskets/. All the baskets have weights and dimensions added. I have entered in all of my UPS account info, but am having the following problems:
– If I check Singular Shipping, the checkout page stops displaying after the shopping cart items. No rates, billing, or shipping are shown.
– The same thing happens if I select “Your Packaging” in the Packagaing dropdown.
If I enable the testing settings, I get the following error: Error : No packages in shipment. I do also notice in the data sent to UPS, the UNITS variable is blank, even with items in my cart: “[units] =>”
It will work if I uncheck singular shipping and select UPS Letter for packaging, but I only get rates for Next Day and 2 Day. No options for Ground shipping.
