    Hi @freshysites,

    please enable debug mode in UPS settings and connect to API again. If the API connection is disconnected, please paste the logs related to the token here (available in WooCommerce->Status->Logs)

    Thank you. I’ve reconnected the plugin. Will I still be able to paste logs here if the ticket is closed due to inactivity?
