UPS Live Rates Pro – No Demensions – Fall back Fail

    Oooh. Boy. So I think I figured out what’s going on here.
    If I have a product (like a sticker) that doesn’t have dimensions, the plugin aborts the process instead of using the dimensions of the products that are in the cart.

    “Product #3875 is missing dimensions. Aborting.”

    1) Can I set the plugin to just ignore products that don’t have dimensions, and still complete the shipping request for the products that do have dimensions?

    2) Can I set the “Fallback” to be just using the normal order Weight?

    Hi @ashtonsanders,

    All products have to have dimensions and weight assigned to get USPS rates. It is not possible to ignore a certain product, unfortunately.

    You can use the fallback option for such products, however, please note it will be displayed every time there are no USPS rates available and not only for this product.

    Just to be clear:

    1) Your plugin provides rates for weights without dimensions.
    OR
    2) Your plugin provides rates for weights with dimensions, but if 1 product doesn’t have dimensions, it breaks and won’t return a rate.

    It’s the second one.

    Our plugin provides the rates based on weight and dimensions, but if a product doesn’t have them entered, it won’t return the rates.
