UPS Live Rates: No rates added from standard service rates!

Hi @coffeeshqq,
I noticed that you have only one UPS service enabled and it is possible that this particular service is not available for the provided shipping address.
Therefore, I would recommend enabling all services from the UPS Service Table to check which services are available in France when you want to deliver your products to the access points.

Let me know if any UPS services are available on the checkout page after this change.

You haven’t attached any new screenshots therefore I don’t have anything to check.

Regarding your issue, please enable all UPS services for all UPS shipping methods. To do that, navigate to the UPS shipping method configuration window and tick the checkbox next to every UPS shipping service in the UPS Services Table. Then you should see available UPS services that handle pick-up points on the checkout page.

If you are interested in the UPS PRO version, I recommend trying it for free on our demo account where you can use your UPS live account login credentials.
