Sorry, my question is How do I fix this debug message?

“UPS Live Rates: No rates added from collection point rates!”

    Thanks

Hi @paoloatmantis thanks for reaching out to us.

Do you want to have access points available for customers?

Please send the screenshot of your shipping method settings.

    Best regards,
    Karolina

    Hi burnagielk

Not interested to have access points available at the moment. Just trying to fix an issue where shipping prices are vastly different when it comes time to ship.

    Hi @paoloatmantis ,
I understand that the issue is with rates and not access points, is that correct?

The rates that are shown in the cart comes directly from UPS API. The difference might be caused by some options that you set on the shipping method. Please check out our article where we exactly explain what affects the UPS rates in UPS WooCommerce plugin.

I would kindly ask you to verify if your settings on the shipping method don’t influence the rates.

If the article doesn’t help and rates are still incorrect. Please let us know and send the debug mode. The debug mode can be enabled in the plugin settings under the tab Advanced Options.

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

    Best regards,
    Karolina
