    Hi, the plugin does not recognize locations in France.

    I’ve checked your case and I didn’t notice any issues.

    Are you sure you provided correctly the shipping method with our plugin and the address in the checkout is properly?

    If everything is correct and you still see the issue, please send us the addresses: senders and receivers. The screenshots will be also helpful.

    Please make also sure your plugin is up to date.

    The shipping method is provided correctly.

    I think, we have a problem with locations but i can’t see it ??

    Hello @nicopol68,

    I think I know where is the problem in your sender’s address you have postal code as F-67450, please change to 67450 and let us know if that helped.

    One last question. Does your plugin allows to change UPS shipping rates by my own prices ?
