UpPrev Offset Placement

I’ve had UpPrev on my site for over a year and it’s worked wonderfully. Recently, I haven’t seen the pop up on my site because it is anchored to the bottom of my site near the footer (around 90% scrolled). I’ve changed the offset value from 50% to 25% to 10% to 1% and the placement on the page doesn’t change.

Can someone please assist?
