Uppercase not working in body

    Hi, I am helping out someone that recently had a website built by a third party. Anyways I have all the login details but the issue is that unless the <hx> tag is used, then there is no uppercase displayed. i am just talking about in the pages section. In the CSS file it has:
    p{margin:0px; padding:0px; text-align:left; text-transform:lowercase; }
    so not sure if that is the issue?

    Not really used WP before so not sure what is going on. When I view the HTML there are no tags at all on some of the pages.

    Any help please?
