Upon Installation of WP 4.0 get Parsing Error – HELP!

  • I am manually installing wordpress 4.0 and I get a parsing error…
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’ in /home/lucas4/public_html/bayrum/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4013

    I uninstalled and reinstalled… but no luck.

    Line 4013: $file_data = str_replace( “\r” ../wordpress/wp-includes/, “\n” $file_data );

    It seems to be working now, hurry up and install that thing before someone else does! ??
