Upon activation simple tags breaks my site.

I am trying to get simple tags to work on my wordpress 2.3 install. It was working for a couple of days and then it broke my site.

I deactivated the plugin and my site went back to normal.

Deleted the plugin, even downloaded a new copy from the site and installed that one and as soon as I activated the plug in and viewed my site, it was broken again.

Anyone have a clue as to why this plug in would cause this problem.

Now that UTW can’t be used in this version of WP yet this was the best option, now that doesn’t work either.
