Uploding photo

  • When I press the Add Media button no I do not get a media uploader window. All that happens is that the cursor I placed in the text to locate the photo disappears. I was working properly but now won’t. I have tried accessing my site on another computer on another network and the same thing happens.

  • Have you tried disabling your plugins and / or trying it with the default theme?

    Thanks for replying. I am new to WordPress.

    As far as I know I do not have any plugins. I selected the WordPress 2014 theme, the basic one, just trying to find my way around WordPress.

    Ok. Hrmmm. If that is the case, have you tried using a different browser instead of a different computer to see if you can repeat the problem in a different browser?

    Thanks. I have been using firefox. i have now tried it in chrome and ie but the same thing happens.
