Uplod files not sending

    Hi,
    in a product when a user upload a file, me as admin, i dont receive this file.
    What can i do ?
    what settings to fix in order to see and receive the uploaded files from users?

    Can you please just let me know which add-on are you using currently?
    Also please send me some screenshots and explain the issue in detail so that I can try to replicate the issue at my end.
