• I am having issues uploading images in to a post. When I use the image button in the post and enter a url for a image hosted elsewhere, the image never actually shows up in the post. Why is this?

Also, I have tried uploading images from the Write page and I get an error saying “The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/ddjrsnu/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2007/12.” Any ideas why this would be happening? I have tried just using my FTP to add files to the uploads folder, but the files do not show up under Uploads in the dashboard.

I appreciate any help you can give!

• From Codex: Using Image and File Attachments

Prerequisite for Uploading Files
In order to use all these tools, you have to change the chmod of wp-content folder to 777. If you have not changed permissions in order to write in wp-content folder, you will not be able to use the uploader. If you do not know how to change this value, please read Changing File Permissions.

Thanks for your help. I thought I had changed the permissions, but I must have missed a couple folders. Thanks a lot!

Since upgrading to 2.3.2 I can not browse uploaded images. This has happened to only one out of 4 blogs I upgraded.

When I upload the image all I can see is the file name. Images on older posts show on blog but not within write or manage pages.

I have tried changing file permissions to 777 but has no affect. Tried changing themes to but still doesn’t work.

Any ideas?
