Uploads subfolder for each post

Hi all,

I add articles to my blog that include charts and tables(jpj files).
I expected wordpress would create a subfolder in the uploads directory for each post, thus no collisions between image names(e.g. chart1.jpg can be the file name of different charts for different posts), however, apparently this is not the case.
Is there a plugin that arranges the “uploads” directory with a subfolder for each post?
