Uploads not working

Hi @cdransf,

Please make sure that you’ve upgraded your DB by pressing “Upgrade” button on under the Ultimate member section on your WP Dashboard. Please also try to purge temp files in Ultimate member -> Dashboard.

Hi, the dashboard indicates that no purge is necessary or possible as there are no files to purge and this issue is still occurring. I’ve also run the database upgrade but the is still occurring. Thanks!

Hi! I’ve checked the docs but I don’t believe they apply. Uploads work, but the wrong path is being displayed in the user info modal in the WordPress admin. Thanks!

Can you please clarify what version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed?
Make sure you have the latest 2.0.24 version installed.
