    Good Day,

    I’m having some problems with my backups that its failing when it comes to the uploads, this has just happen recently, we;ve been using Updrafts for a while now and this has just come up within this week, if contents were backed up without the uploads then the backups goes well. to clarify though our uploads range within the GB and the file content has been set to have 800MB max per content. here is the last message on the logs as seen on the older ones that have failed.

    Could you post a copy of the complete backup log?

    Hi,

    From the log, the backup appears to be being timed out after approximately 60 seconds. This means that UpdraftPlus cannot process much of the Uploads each time, and the backup is eventually being timed out completely.

    Could you ask your hosts to raise the maximum execution time available to scripts? This will allow UpdraftPlus to process the backup more efficiently.
