    Hi everyone!

Recently I did a manually migration form strato to siteground and now complianz shows an error about uploads folder permissions. I check and recheck 755 permissions and all it’s okay in hosting… But plugin still showing the error and banner cookies style by default.

Y tried to plugin reinstall but nothing happens… all is the same before reinstall… no effect…

I dont know what to do, because, this is a simple fix -> permission 755 to uploads/complianz/css (and all folder in this path).

If I check console -> “Fallback default css file used. Please re-save banner settings, or check file writing permissions in uploads directory”

I dont know what to do about…. any idea?????

    Thanks for all.

    David.

    Hi @davidsidecar,

I assume Complianz didn’t create any folders in the Uploads folder after migrating or did you migrate these folders as well? Are you’re now able to upload images for example?

If this is the case, we need to force Complianz. You could create a folder, called ‘complianz’ and in this folder, a folder called ‘css’, and in this folder a file called banner-1-optin.css and see if saving the banner now shows the change on the front-end.

    Let me know!

    regards Aert
