Uploading/Importing wordpress backup

  • would like to upload/import previous backup folders completely without having to backup separate files

    includes FOLDERS: css folder, img folder, wp admin, wp content, wp includes, coffeeshop once upon a time

    have multiple backups with godaddy hosting…..

    when attempt to upload via phpmyadmin as individual files, under import tab receiving error messages…..
