    I have the plugin installed on a product page. The file that needs to be uploaded in order to continue is very small (361 bytes). The file bar quickly shows 100% but the animation hangs and shows “Uploading your files, please wait for the system to continue. 100 %”

    Customers are not checking out as they are waiting for the animation to go away.

    Please help.

    FYI, the file is a “.req” file, not sure if that is the issue. It doesn’t cause the issue if it is a .jpg file.

    FIXED … I Was missing the . in the file types allowed. Ignore all of the above.

    Came in today and the form is now not working again.

    The file uploads, on screen, but it is not allowing to go to the next step of Add to Cart. I have tried moving it to the Checkout page, but it too will not let the next step of Proceed to Checkout.

    Should there be an UPLOAD button added? As it appears just browsing for the file is not enough.

    Please help.
