Uploading Video

Hi there-
I saw that in a response to a previous post here approximately 6 months ago there was information regarding a setting that allowed a video to be served from Google’s servers. This is the post reply:

“With the new Video Cache option, which can be turned in Web Stories > Settings > Video Cache, your site will automatically serve videos from Google’s servers (instead of your own) which should eliminate bandwidth costs for most videos.”

I do not see that setting as an option. For reference, I am running 1.18.1. Am I to assume that that is something that automatically happens now?
