Uploading via Excel Spreadsheet

    I will be using a WordPress install to run a products database. I was wondering if it is possible to upload excel spreadsheets into work press, with each row being a post?

    There would probably be 1-2 custom fields and I would upload to theexerpt as well.

    Has anyone done this? I was going to go through by hand, but there are hundreds and hundreds of products….

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
