Uploading user picture

Hello
I’m having problems with upplading user pictures and profile picture (Background). The user upploads a picture, it’s stored in the system, the admin can see it but nothinhg is showing in the profile page.
Same thing with profile picture. I don’t get the square to srope the image.

I did theme conflict test and the propleme is still persisting. I even create a small version og the profile registration in another site to see if it solves the probleme but nothing works.

Can you please tell me how to fix it?
