Uploading to WordPress blog

I’m havign a bit of an issue.
I am buy no means a coder, but I built myself a little online store in dreamweaver to add on to this wordpress blog that I’m already supposed to b e updating.
honestly though, I have no idea how to get the blog on th actual site
I’ve heard things about ftp clients and servers and such. but I’m still REALLLLLYYYY confused.
can some1 tell me how
