Uploading to SVN created 2 directories

Hi,
I uploaded my plugin to the wordpress directory, but for some reason I had two different directories it was posted under.
I have finally managed to upload the files correctly to one directory, but I have no idea how to delete the extra directory, so the plugin is now available twice on the listing.

Please advise on how to remove the extra directory
