uploading to a folder other than /wp-content/uploads

  • Hello,

    I am making a podcast site, and need to upload to a subdirectory of the root of the website. For example /podcast-episodes/

    Can this plugin allow this?

    When I change the setting for it the file errors to upload.

  • u have to have write permission to the directory, and it must already exist, or u must enable ‘create upload path’ in the shortcode generator, but if u enable ‘Add Uploaded Files To Media’?in the interoperability tab, your specified path is ignored, as wp required files to be in the standard wp-uploads structure.

    Hi, you can set Upload Path like this:

    ../podcast-episodes
