uploading site

Hello, I have created a website for a client of mine through wordpress and I was able to use MAMP to manage the site locally. I just recently had to move the site over to a new host and server (siteground) – I was successful in doing that, however, I now have a problem when going live with the site. I am using the Duplicator application to upload the site – so I am able to create my package, the SQL database and user, however, when I go onto the next step,going to marilyniafrate.ca or go to the index to see if the duplicator package has been uploaded I get this: https://www.marilyniafrate.ca/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi.

Does this problem have to do with the new migration of the site, or is it with MAMP…? If someone can provide me with some feedback on how I can correctly upload and go live please let me know.
