Uploading pre prepared info/pages

  • I want to put together an index/library of exercises that has an explanation on method with a GIF image or video link as demonstration.This obviously has internal links which brings me to my question.

    How can I create this offline and then upload it to a website and retain the links? The reason for not doing on-line is that there is more than one website where the information is needed and I don’t want to duplicate/redo the work.

  • Put them on YouTube or Vimeo and just link to each video or embed them in every site, perhaps?
    There are alot of video embed plugins for WordPress where you can embed video playlists, as well, espeially video playlists on Youtube.

    I know about the plugins……my problem is: The directory will contain well over 300 excesses and I don’t want to redo this on multiple websites. It’s too time consuming. I would like to do this ones and just upload it to the different websites.
