uploading plugins

  • does anyone know how i can upload pluins because whenever i download a plugin their are either no instructions or it is not pecific?

    in wp admin
    admin – plugins – add new
    select the zip file on your computer and upload
    activate

    unzip plugin on your computer
    ftp plugin to /wp-content/plugins
    activate

    OK, thank you so much. I have now extracted a certain plugin into the wp-content/plugins but now i just don’t know how to activate it onto my plugins on my website . please help
