Uploading Pictures Issue

  • When I try to upload vehicle pictures it will say it’s unable to upload. If I go into the media library however it will show a placeholder for the picture but no thumbnail, if I go back into the page for the vehicle it will show the picture and I can even make it a featured image and it will show in the vehicle profile once I publish it. Do I have something configured improperly?

    Hi There,

    Sorry to hear you ran into trouble.

    I can’t seem to recreate the issue you’re describing.

    This means there is something different between either our installs or the steps we’re taking.

    Let’s start ruling out the easy stuff. Can you try deactivating all other PlugIns and switch over to a basic theme like Twenty Eleven, then give it a try?

    You might also let us know what browser you’re using, perhaps we have an issue there.

    Once we discover the difference we can determine a solution.
