Uploading Pictures

    I am now having a problem uploading pictures. First it said temporary folder not available, now it just has a red number 6. How do I correct this. Did I deleate or move something I should not have?

    yes, after updating also.

    Have you tried disabling all plugins, reverting to the default theme and then seeing if it works correctly?

    that did not make a diffrence. Still seeing a red 6 in the upload box. This is when trying to upload a picture into a post from my computer. It is in the actual uploader. It also does not make a diffrence if I am using the flash or regular uploader.

    Guess the lesson here is to leave it alone if it works folks. Dammit.

    That sticky about uploading images appears useless at the moment.

    What plugins are you using?
    Have you tried a different browser?
    Have you tried switching to the default theme?
    What settings have you got on Admin > Settings > Miscellaneous?

    If you have this problem, check the miscellaneous section as alism suggests. Looks like the upload image folder path gets reset in the process…

    Ok I just made a change and added a folder and changed the upload folder. Do not know why it changed.
